It has come to our attention that users of Microsoft 365 Business Outlook feature may experience issues receiving notifications from Ace Media.

This includes:
- New registrant confirmation emails
- Report upload email notifications
- Generate PDF email notifications

We understand that Microsoft has been made aware of this issue and that the third-party application we use to disseminate emails is also working to resolve the issue.
